My primary job is providing career coaching to unemployed job seekers and helping them to learn key job search skills and explore different career paths. I particularly enjoy working with customers who are in the process of changing their careers and assisting them to find that elusive “job fit”.

Prior to working as a career coach, I was in the U. S. Diplomatic Corps. I worked and lived overseas during a 27 year career with the U. S. State Department and was assigned to US embassies in Africa, Asia, South America, Central America and Mexico. I speak Spanish, French, and some Amharic.

My interests are varied. I am interested in understanding the stock market and am a member of an investment club. In the last year I have been learning about photography and am enjoying it as a hobby. Also, I am a registered member of EBAY and enjoy participating in the online auction process.

I have a Master’s degree from Harvard University and am a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Gabon, West Africa from 1965 to 1967.
